about
What. A. Fucking. Year.
Here’s a small gift of noise from us.
‘Twenty Four Twelve Twenty’. The sound of Winter 2020.
Recorded/Mixed remotely by 65daysofstatic.
Guest vocals: The Tingler.

Notes.
We used to be big fans of home recording back in the day, mainly because we had no money for studios. One Christmas Eve many years ago, we recorded ‘Twentyfourtwelve’ in our front room. We used an old camera box and some wooden spoons for the drums. If you listen carefully to the original, you’ll notice this was before guitar tuners existed.
At the end of a grim year and a low, dishonest decade, we find ourselves once more confined indoors, and so we’ve re-made it as an exercise in marking the passage of time: 'Twenty Four Twelve Twenty'. A gift of noise from us.
We’ve kept in touch with our friend The Tingler, still out there in Mittel-Europe broadcasting his pirate monologues onto the dying airwaves. He once again features here.
Dedicated to all the dirty politicians who would rather burn the world than feed children. Go fuck yourselves! May your Christmas be cancelled.

Awesome album, great sounds here. Absolutely looking forward to more of this sound. Vague hints of the 65dos sound/noise but with a different direction and feel to it. A bit more traditional than the recent 65dos sound but still unique and distinct. DeepDarkDweller
